1.3. Sharing links to sites that promote harassment, bullying or discrimination.
1.4 Sharing links to sites that violate people's privacy or personal rights.
1.5 Sharing phishing links for the purpose of stealing personal data or confidential information.
1.6 Sharing fraudulent content such as fraudulent offers, demands for money or misleading competitions.
1.7 Sharing hacking or cracking related links.
1.8 Sharing links to sites that contain viruses, adware, spyware or other harmful software.
1.9 Sites selling drugs, weapons or other illegal items or activities.
1.10 Using the Service to send unsolicited or unauthorized email or SMS text messages.
1.11 Posting comment or promotional spam on blogs, forums, instant messages, social networks, etc.
1.12 Sharing links that infringe copyrights, patents, trademarks or trade secrets.
1.13 Sharing links to illegal streaming or file sharing sites.
1.14 Sharing links to gambling or betting sites, particularly those that violate applicable law.
2.1 It is not permitted to share links to other UrlCut Services within the UrlCut Service. This is to avoid endless redirects and provide a better user experience.
3.1 Pornographic links should be marked as ″NSFW″ (Not Safe for Work).
3.2 Our service will do this automatically when relevant content is detected.
3.3 We reserve the right to mark or unmark any URL as NSFW.
1.1 We reserve the right to block URLs without warning if they do not comply with our terms of use or are deemed questionable.
1.1 In the event of a violation of the prohibited content listed in point I 1, we will act immediately without exception. We will remove such content immediately and, if necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
